Being raw doesn’t mean you have to go without Italian. Learn how to translate Italian favorites into raw delights. Start the meal off with your primo piatto Pomodoro Coco Caprese, followed by a Treviso Bruschetta intermezzo and a Pasta alla spinachi for your secondi.

Summer Savings Part 3:The Harvest Continues
As the summer harvest continues we will find even more delicious and economical ways to use tomatoes, zucchini and other abundant summer crops. Learn to make a deliciously filling Minestrone with all the summer produce, Zuchinni pasta ala Marinara, and Herbed Italian Zucchini Bread.
All classes are held from 10:30 am- Noon on Saturday mornings.
