Starting in January, we are proud to be offering a new series that teaches those new to the raw foods lifeslyle the basics of high-raw and vegan diet! Join Chefs Rachel Carr and Kristan Andrews of Manna Foods for this exciting opportunity.
All classes are held at Cru Restaurant and are a demonstration format. Recipes and handouts will be provided for all participants as well as a sample to try of the recipes that are being made in class.
All classes are $20 at the door and no reservations are required and all seating is a first come first served basis.
